Summer is upon us so now could be the time for some outside living!

Houses keep you warm in winter but often it's a struggle to keep you cool in the summer.

If you're suffering a bit, then you need an alternative to make the most of our pleasing summer evenings.

A Garden room could simply be the answer to your issues.

They can be great spaces to spend your evenings, with family members or friends. Serve a light summer meal or maybe a movie night with your closest friends, making it a special event away from the mundane life of your house.

The best part about summer is allowing your youngsters to play for hours on end outside, not worrying about the mess they are making. With all this additional activity they're sure to get tired, so make the studio into a safe children's area, allowing you to still enjoy the summer sun.

Try hard not to over decorate the studio so it is a standard room, keeping it simple and effective. Less is more in this example.

Garden studios are perfect additions to your pool as it works nicely as a changing area. You can rapidly furnish it with straightforward chairs, table and pictures making a contemporary area to change and take it easy.

Or if you are hosting for a night or 2 and lacking room in the house, the Studio is a great space to set up a non permanent bed for your visitors allowing them to stay all night in a free and snug environment.
